We ask that you follow the following steps to determine the source of the problem:
Switch your phone off for 15 seconds - this will restart the network connection to your service provider and will usually automatically select a stronger/closer cell tower.
Delete a few unwanted SMS messages and then retry the verification SMS messages.
If possible, insert the SIM card into another phone and check if it can receive SMS messages.
Update the messaging application and clear the cache.
Also click to request a new code. (Our second SMS provider will send the 3DS code)
Reset your network settings as the device may have retained the previous network settings if you changed your country or region.
Please also note that SMS will not be sent to some countries outside Europe.
