We have several options where a new payment can be made from:
- Dashboard: On the Dashboard, locate the “Make payment” button in the top left corner.
- Wallets Section:
Option 1: Click on a wallet to find the “Make Payment” button in the top left corner.
Option 2: Navigate within a wallet and select “Make Payment.”
- Beneficiaries Section: Navigate to the beneficiary you wish to pay and select “Pay.”
After selecting to make a payment, a new window will appear. If you accessed “Make Payment” via the Wallets or Beneficiaries sections, the wallet and beneficiary details may already be filled in for you.
Enter Payment Details.
Reference: Provide a reference for the payment. This is for your information.
Add file: For payments of €10,000 or more, you are required to attach supporting documentation.
Carefully check the information you've entered to ensure accuracy.
Confirmation:
Option 1: Create the payment and sign it later.
Option 2: Create and immediately sign the payment using your 2FA code.
