If a change of director occurs, please provide the following information and documents pertaining to the new director or UBO:
- Legal rationale of the change
- ID/passport
- Proof of address (not older than 3 months)
- Source of funds and business experience (CV, dividends, salary, tax declaration, account statement, etc.)
- Phone number
- E-mail address.
