When your browser is updated, the next login will be considered as a login from a new device. As a result, you will receive the following email:

A login into your account was detected from:

• IP address: ************

• location: ************

• User agent: Browser, Device, Version

We kindly advice you to check your IP address using external services.

If the IP address from the email matches your IP address, then there is nothing to worry about.

Otherwise, please contact us at support@altpay.uk immediately.

This setting, when you receive an email when you log in from a new device, can be turned ON and OFF in Settings:
